Master Roof is a white hybrid polymeric waterproofing and coating material resistant to
extreme temperatures and extreme
environmental conditions.
Master Roof features excellent solar re
flectivity and emissivity properties.
The material is applied as a thick paste fo
rming a seamless, decorative and flexible
membrane that prevents water penetration and extends the life of the roof.

Instructions for use
Surface preparation
ƒ
All surfaces to which Master Roof is to be applied must be sound, stable with an even
finish and free from dirt, dust
, loose debris, grease etc. All wires and pipes should be
elevated.
ƒ
Make sure that the slopes are such th
at they prevent water from ponding.
ƒ
Before applying Master Roof, apply a primer layer as follows:
ƒ
For different surfaces with a good preparation, sloop etc' such as concrete,
Bituminous membrane, Aluminum, Galvanized steel, asbestos, etc' apply a first
layer of diluted white Master Roof with water in a ratio of 1:1 at a quantity of
250/m2 ((0.44 gal/100 sq.ft).

For bitumen surface apply Master
Prime at a quantity of 250g/m2
(0.6 gal/100 sq.ft).
For better bonding and reducing the risk of blistering
ƒ
Above Bituminous membranes, co
ncrete, SPF and wood surface:
Apply
Epoxy Primer XL-100
at quantity of: 100-300 gr/m2.
ƒ
Above PVC, Aluminum, Galvaniz
ed steel, asbestos surface:
Apply
Super Primer
at quantity of: 100-300 gr/m2.
Application
Master Roof is applied by two layers. Each layer has a different color in order to ensure
that complete layers have been applied:
First layer – Peach
Second layer – White

Apply with a brush / squeegee / airless spray a first layer (Peach) at a quantity of 1.5
kg/m
2
(2.6 gal/100 sq.ft).
ƒ
Let dry for 4-6 hours.
ƒ
Apply with a brush / airless sp
ray a second layer (White) at a quantity of 1.5 - 2 kg /
m
2
(2.6 – 3.5 gal/100 sq.ft).
ƒ
Let dry for 4-6 hours.
ƒ
Enable a complete dry of 14 days before footsteps.
Remark:
it is recommended that for each new
project the soundness of surface, the
adhesion on site be tested ahead of time. It
is advised to take in consideration the local
weather condition such as ambient temperature
and air humidity during the application of
the material, and after the application until the material is dry to it's full depth. Avoid
freezing temperatures, or excessive moisture on the material before it is dry to it's full
thickness.
Equipment care
Clean tools with water, preferable while the material is still soft.

Master Roof is available in the following packages:

Each color (Peach & White) is supplied at a separate pail.
Storage
ƒ
Store under cover out of direct sunlight
and protect from extreme temperature.
ƒ
In tropical climates the product must be st
ored in an air-conditioned environment.
ƒ
In cold climates the product must be
stored in heated environment (over 10 oC/50 oF).
Do not freeze.
